Guide to the proposed Basin Plan Technical Background is now online. Critics quieted?

It has been published - but will this quieten the critics?  Yes, Volune 2  of  The Guide to the proposed Basin Plan - the one with all the technical background has now been published on line here.  Below, the appendices are listed:

    Can I cope with the detail? That's the question for me.
    I have started witht he Appendix D - SDLs under various "scenarions" (modelling assumptions).

  2. Denis, do rely your assistance in these types of matters - particularly your capacity for detail. The Sustainable Diversionary Limits (SDLs) are an important area of debate - could be a good place to start.

    The thing that gets me though is that I am told that the Water Accounting being cranked up under the National Water Initiative does not take many diversions into account - i.e. dams built on individual properties.

    We have neglected so much water stuff - and the most basic is that we don't have the where and how much of water. We are guessing - and currently we are doing arithmetic not accountancy!
